Steps to set up two-factor authentication for Skype account on Mac

Skype is one of the most used instant messaging apps in the world. Basically, Skype allows you to send text messages and make video calls across multiple platforms.   1. Steps to link your Skype account to your Microsoft account

Before you can proceed with how to enable two-factor authentication for your Skype account, you first need to link your account to Microsoft account. Here is how you can do that.

Step one: Open Safari on your Mac and log in to your Skype account. After that, you need to click the Account settings below your profile photo to proceed

Step two: Next up, you need to click Connect a Microsoft account. After that, you need to click Your Info at the top of the page, then select Manage how you sign in to Microsoft and click Next

Step three: You now need to click Next to confirm your email address. Once you are done, your Skype account is now linked to Microsoft account.
