Easy Way : Update your iPhone to Latest iOS for Jailbreak

Step 1: Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to Internet connection via cellular network or Wifi

Step 2: After successfully connected to Wifi Head over to Settings > General > Update

Step 3: Check for updates and Update your device to the latest iOS 9 variant.

Step 4: And your Apple devices has been updated to the latest iOS version.

Hard way to Update your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to Latest iOS 9, 9.0.1 or 9.0.2

Step 1: Download the desired IPSW file of the iOS 9.0.2 version on your Windows or Mac device.

Step 2: Connect your device to your computer in DFU mode.

Step 3: To achieve DFU mode you need to Press and hold your Home Button and connect it to the PC via Charging/Lightning cable.

If you’re lightning connector is broken you can follow this guide to save few bucks.

Step 4: If this scenario works perfectly then you’ll see a message in your iTunes that your “device is connected in Recovery mode:

How to Jailbreak iOS 9, iOS 9.0.1, iOS 9.0.2 on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with Pangu 9 on WINDOWS

Step 1: Turn off Find My iPhone on iOS 9. To do so, head over to Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone and click  turn off ‘Find My iPhone’.

Step 2: Next up Turn off Passcode and Touch ID unlock. To achieve this, Head over to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and then tap on ‘Turn Passcode Off’.

Step 3: Turn off your network by enabling Airplane mode

Step 4: Download Pangu 9 for Windows from here.

Step 5: Connect your device to your windows pc and start Pangu 9.

Step 6: Now click on Start button in Pangu for further process as shown below.

Step 7: Now, Select the  ‘Already backup’ option.

Step 8: After the reboot enalbe the Airplane mode again.

Step 9: The Jailbreak Process will Resume.

Step 10: After a short while, it will ask you to run the Pangu app from the Home screen. Do it and give access to Photos app when prompted to. Source: Redmondpie

Step 11: Jailbreak has been completed.

That’s it. Jailbreak is done.

How To Jailbreak iOS 9 Pangu 9.0.2, 9.0.1, 9.0 on iPhone, iPad & iPod for Mac

Step1 : To begin the process Download Pangu 9 for Mac. Take complete backup of your device.

Here is a how to take Complete Backup of your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

Make sure that your Device is on Airplane mode followed by Disabling of Pascode Lock, Find My iPhone and Touch ID (for these steps you can follow the above steps and Images for a proper depiction)

Again this particular guide is applicable to the device list given below

  • iPhone 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus
  • iPad 2, 3, 4
  • iPad mini 1, 2, 3, 4
  • iPad Air 1, 2
  • iPod touch 6, 5

Step 2: Now, connect your iOS 9.0.X device to your Mac and open Pangu. If you’re system refuses to open the Pangu App then Head over to settings > Security and Privacy > Install Apps from Everywhere.

Step 3: Open Pangu and connect your Device Click on Start and select the Already Backup Option

Step 4: In the middle of the process the Pangu app will install 2 apps on your iOS 9.0.X device. Your device will automatically reboot and after booting up again you NEED TO ENABLE THE AIRPLANE MODE AGAIN!

Step 5: Now, open the Pangu app on your iOS 9.X.X Device and provide access to the Photos app.

Step 6: From your end everything is done now, wait for your device to get Jailbreak. You’ll receive a message/notification that says that the Jailbreak has been completed.

And now your device has been Jailbroken.
