In this post, we will run you through the steps to disable Facebook event notifications on your iPhone and computer. Before we begin, make sure that you are running the most recent update of Facebook on your iPhone.

  1. Steps to turn off Facebook event notifications on your iPhone

Step one: First off, you need to launch the Facebook app from your home screen and then hit the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen. Once you are in, you need to tap on Event under Explore section to proceed

Step two: From here, you will see a list of all Facebook events you have liked. You simply need to tap on event which you don’t want to get notifications from

Step three: Once you are in, hit the More button at the top and the select Notification Settings from the pop-up menu

Step four: Select Off at the bottom

Step one: Open your preferred web browser and then head to Facebook.com to proceed

Step two: Once you are in, you simply need to click on Event under the Explore section on the left

Step three: Select an event which you want to disable notifications for and then click on the menu button

Step four: Next up, you now need to select Notification Settings and then check the box next to Off.

Step five: Click Done to complete the task.
